Tiivistelmä:Introduction of new technology is essential for long-term survival. Several examples illustrate how Murphy's famous law "Whatever can go wrong, will" can intrude. Recent studies suggest that these examples are the norm rather than the exception. Seven rules are offered as a help for beating Murphy's law: 1. Think of implementation as R and D"; 2. Ask "What made it hard?" 3. Try to learn in many ways at once; 4. Simulate and prototype everything; 5. Into "Everything" include the organization; 6. Planning should not seek to be a set of action rather it must provide a guiding structure for discovering and solving problems; 7. Produce two outputs: salable products and knowledge. All these should be put into the process of systematic learning.
