| Tiivistelmä: | As the backward developing countries have neglected the development of enterprises' core competence in the course of technological introduction for a long time past, technological introduction has often fallen into the vicious circle of "lag behind-introduce technology-still bag behind-introduce technology again". To break such a "Matthaios effect" and create sustained advantage of competition, the enterprises of developing countries should develop their own core competence, starting with technological, knowledge, management and information systems as well as values with a view of laying a solid foundation for their own advantages of competition. |
