| Tiivistelmä: | This article examines corporate conditions on a holistic basis. The sample consists of international companies. The findings suggest the following: (1) Most international companies conform to good corporate governance practises; (2) A companys competitiveness is strong when such conformance is high; (3) The relationship between corporate governance and corporate competitiveness is stronger when corporate governance is evaluated on a holistic basis. |
