| Tiivistelmä: | As ever larger holes appear in the "employment at will" doctrine, employee suits against employers for wrongful discharge grow in number and in degree of success. Since such suits are costly for any business and may be ruinous for small business, it is time to take a hard look at the pros and cons of voluntary arbitration as a more cost-effective means of settling discharge disputes. |
