| Tiivistelmä: | To correctly estimate risk, we should first select correct indicators for estimating risk. This paper thinks that we should use new indicators instead of the usually used standard deviation system. The indicators for estimating risk are a system rather than a single indicator and the risk and safety coefficients are relative. The new indicator system, though it is more difficult to apply it compared with the traditional one or the standard deviation system, is more scientific and more objective. However, it needs to be improved and developed for it is possibly imperfect. |
