| Tiivistelmä: | In the past few years equipment industry has become a bottleneck which restricts national economic development. It is reflected in the following aspects: the industrial structure is disorganized, disordered, low-leveled and small; the production technology is backward and the educational level of the staff is low. During the "10th Five-year Plan" we must amplify the policy preference degree towards the equipment industry. We should carry out out the policies of "choose special fields, set limited targets and focus on them" and try to solve the fundamental problems of monolithic economic structure, disordered organizational structure and low-level innovation capacity, which seriously restrict the industrial development. We should thoroughly reorganize and upgrade equipment industry by means of reform and structural readjustment. |
