| Tiivistelmä: | From the eponymic situation and its trends in China, we can see the main problems, such as too large scale of investment, too many projects under construction, excessive administrative expenses and over-consumption of social groups. So we should pursue an effective tight policy forwards total volume. However while adopting a tight policy in the above aspects, we have to give a relatively loose policy to the "bottleneck" industries and large and medium -sized state-owned enterprises. This is the present choice we should make after considering China's national state and strength combined with the theories of finance and monetary policies. |
