Tiivistelmä:The Companies Court generally follows Scottish decisions on reductions and schemes of arrangement, since these applications are still heard by the Scottish equivalent of the Court of the Court of Appeal, the Inner House of the Court of Session. Only one of these decisions is reported in British Company Cases, although that case and another are now reported in the Scots Law Times. Even where Scottish cases are available to English practitioners, it may be difficult for them to identify the relevant law in the context of Scottish procedure. This article attempts to assist them in doing so.
