| Tiivistelmä: | This article shows the influence of organizational isomorphism and corruption. It is based on empirical research in Russia at the end of the 1990s. A face-to-face questionnaire was made with 552 top executives in private firms, from various economic sectors. The empirical data from firms in Russia allowed to test different hypotheses related to the influence of organizational isomorphism and corruption. |
