| Tiivistelmä: | China's development bank belongs to policy-oriented financial institution. It tries to become the bank with the characteristics that finance is combined with banking but lacks strong support of financial and policy means. At present, the development bank has great limiting in financing and hasn't established an effective safe guard system for the recovery of policy credits and the system for sanction against repudiating overdue credits. The objective and means of developing market mechanism and enterprise system in the operation are not clear. Therefore the urgent task of the reform of policy-oriented investment and financing system is to establish the mechanism of matched investment and financing and the safeguard system for the recovery of credits, which are suitable to China's national situation. |
