| Tiivistelmä: | The scale of introducing foreign funds is related closely with the benefits from utilizing the funds. In terms of the relationship between them, we may say that introducing foreign funds is means and premise while benefits from it is possession and results. Whether the scale of introducing foreign funds is too large is measured at last by benefits. However, the final desirable effect of utilizing foreign funds depends on the scale and structure of introducing foreign funds, technology mix and the competitiveness of products as well as the choice of economic growth mode and the reforms of economic system and management mechanism. |
