| Tiivistelmä: | Because of foreign investment, China's physical assets have been increased. Besides, technology, human resources, management expertise, modern market mechanism and enterprise system, marketing channel and means of business and marketing channel and means of business and marketing introduced. So its positive function is the principal aspect. The state should encourage foreign investment. But while introducing foreign investment, we should protect moderately the leading and young industries. But in these fields, foreign businessmen are not allowed to build solely foreign-funded enterprises or hold the dominant position. On the premise of the Chinese side's being as the holding partner, partial market can be bartered for foreign advanced technology. Priority should be given to the young industries in opening to the various economic sectors at home. |
