| Tiivistelmä: | There are advantages and disadvantages for international corporations' investment in China. Their strategy of investment often deviates from China's investment guidance in industries and regions. They have also brought great shock on domestic enterprises. Besides, their technological development lags behind. At the same time, they have brought funds, technology and management expertise, thus strengthening their partners in China. The more important thing is that they have promoted Chinese enterprises' participating in the international economic co-operation and competition and thus pushed forward China's economic development. Nevertheless, the advantages are more than disadvantages. Chinese enterprises' suffering a setback in co-operation with international corporations is attributed to lag in reform and lack of international competitiveness. |
