| Tiivistelmä: | The single-vehicle operation model, pursued commonly in China's auto industry is, in fact, a special form of share- holding system. It features taking single vehicle as a unit which is both a production unit and an operation unit, and accomplishing independently the tasks of cargo or passenger transport. To perfect it, we should do the following: standardizing its name, making clear the rights, interests ad obligations of investors and enterprises, appraising scientifically the invisible assets of transport enterprises formulating the related laws and regulations. But this kind of operation mode only suit the development of the general highway transportation. It can not satisfy the demand of the development of express way transportation. |
