| Tiivistelmä: | Utilizing foreign investment is the certain demand of international division of work and the world open economic development. It conforms to the objective economic law. China utilizes foreign investment for shortage of funds has restricted China's economic development. But this is not the only reason. Utilizing foreign investment is favourable to 1. absorbing the advanced technology and managerial expertise, 2. creating more chances for employment and increasing the state's income in finance and taxation, 3.promoting the development of foreign trade and foreign economic cooperation, 4. the establishment and perfection of socialist market economy system. In a word, it is conducive to promoting the development of China's national economy. |
