| Tiivistelmä: | There exist serious problems in the assets operation of state-owned commercial banks in China. They include too high proportion of bad loan, seriously short of capital, more difficulties in flow of assets, poor profit on assets, too high cost of business, low credit rating, reduced increment of credit and wider savings gap. The imbalance of the overall economic structure is responsible for the above. To solve these problems is not only the matter of the financial sector. On one hand, the self-restraint mechanisms of enterprises, banks and the government should be perfected. On the other hand, the state should play the coordinating role in such aspects as finance, credit, foreign exchange, foreign trade, industries and enterprises to conduct the necessary reforms comprehensively. |
