| Tiivistelmä: | Chinese government's management of the national economy has basically accomplished the fundamental transformation from planned management to macro-control of total quantities. The year 1998 is a key point for China's macro-economy control to enter a new stage. Insufficient effective demands become important restrictive factors for China's economic growth. The status of fiscal policies in macro-economic policies has been strengthened. The cooperation between all kinds of macro-economic policies becomes more and more important. A healthy financial system is the foundation of the realization of a stable macro-economy. It's beyond doubt that China will overcome those temporary difficulties. |
