| Tiivistelmä: | The development of China's reform has entered a difficult stage. It is impossible to continue the extensive economy. State-owned banks are heavy debtors and potential financial crisis is grave. Many policies and measures for reform and development have been deformed and distorted. Time is urgent, while success and risk coexist. Chinese enterprises are faced with serious challenges due to the inpouring of multinationals and products in large numbers. The wayout for China's reform lies in the adjustment of structure and perseverance in reform, the implementation of fundamental adjustment of structure, a thorough plan and various preparatory schemes. In addition, the reform of political system should be put on the schedule. |
