| Tiivistelmä: | Promoting the re-organization of state-owned economic sector successfully needs a good capital market environment. To this end, one is to promote the development of market. It includes improving the system of transactions, providing financing places for non-state-owned enterprises and medium and small-sized ones, solving the problem of circulation of listed companies' state-owned shares, offering financial support for merger of enterprises and re-organization as well as developing institute investors actively and safely. The other is to improve market supervision and management. We shoud change the basic concept of market supervision and management and the model of examination and approval of stock issurance, and control market "bubble" step by step. |
