| Tiivistelmä: | Macro economic policy is not immutable. On the contrary, it is different in the different periods of economic development. During the period of economic expansion, the economic objective is "to be moderately tight" while during the period of economic contraction, the one is to "expand moderately". As there has appeared obvious deflation in China, the central government has decided to adjust the objective and orientation of the macro economic policy in good time. It also raises in time the following measures to take: taking more favourable financial policy and actively increasing the internal demand to stimulate economic growth so as to avoid economic recession. It is necessary to do so. |
