| Tiivistelmä: | The investment policy must highlight the further increase of investment for ensuring the GDP growth rate of 8% with an aim at promoting re-employment project. In terms of financial policy, we may start economy through expansionary fiscal policy. Besides, the tax and fee management as well as public expenditure management must be strengthened and improved, and more financial support be given to medium-and small-sized enterprises. In terms of monetary policy, stress should be put on the use of assets of the central bank and the improvement of indirect tools for regulation and control in a bid to create a good policy environment for financial institutions. |
