| Tiivistelmä: | China's growth is celebrated for its high rate. Such a growth, in fact, has been achieved at the cost of efficiency The high-rate and low efficient economic growth has brought great pressure to resources and environment, thus damaging seriously the material base for sustainable growth. The objective demand of market economy, however, is to realize the high-rate sustainable growth. In a short run, China's policy of growth should highlight stablizing the total demand so as to ensure the stable economic growth. In a long run, it will lay emphasis on deepening reform, re-building micro base, promoting market competition and increasing input in science and education with a view to providing a good external environment. |
