| Tiivistelmä: | The problems in poverty relief in China are as follows: improper use of funds for poverty alleviation, a large amount of ineffective input, low targeting rate, low repayment rate, a large proportion of funds for non-agricultural purpose, poor beneficial results and feasibility studies of projects for poverty alleviation. In view of the above, the orientation of China's policy of poverty allviation should be as follows: fostering the idea on long-term poverty relief; increasing input to ensure the success scored in poverty relief work in the earlier stage; determining the orientation of investment which priority will be given to and some principles, and raising the use efficiency of funds for poverty alleviation. |
