| Tiivistelmä: | Macro-control is the basic obligation of public finance. It is urgent to build up public financial framework with analysis on some relative elements of present China's financial policy. The system is the deep reason of poorer macro-economic policy. The suggestion conclusion is to promote public financial framework, which is the key of enforcing macro-control efficiencies. |
