| Tiivistelmä: | Polical changes of middle and small corporations can be divided into three phases: the first one is hierarchical ownership from 1978 to 1984, the second one is to pay much more attentions to the big corporations and ignore the small ones from 1984 to 1995, and the third one is to unit comprehensive from 1995 to now, including ownership reform, which make the middle and small corporations to become an unit comprehensive one. While the middle and small corporations become an object of central and local government policies with as an unit comprehensive one. |
