| Tiivistelmä: | Across industry and government, the predominant response to climate change is to talk of the need for more ecodesign and rapid "innovation for sustainability" or "eco-innovation" with no clear idea of how to move from the redesign of existing products and services to systems innovation. Action is still mostly confined to existing sectors of the economy and to technology development. Recognition, however, that real structural change is needed does seem to be generating some innovative approaches to strategy and policy. |
