| Tiivistelmä: | The author discusses the problem area of CO2 and passenger trasnport. Avoidance, substitution, reduction, and financing are the central targets. The major factor is the neglect of the price component. If CO2 emmission is to be reduced in the long term the structure of residential areas must be looked at particularly closely. |
