Tiivistelmä:Under the current world trade system and with the increasing anti-dumping cases towards China's export goods, clever use of promises of export prices in the course of receiving suits is one of the countermeasures to deal with the overseas anti-dumping. Compared with the collected fixed anti-dumping taxes, promises of prices have the following advantages: (1) Once the promises go into effect, the anti-dumping investigation will discontinue immediately; (2) Raising prices for export will increase operating and marketing profits; (3) It is easier to with draw promises which there are changes in market.
