Tiivistelmä:In the late 1980s, China had increasingly become one of the objects which the European countries and America conducted anti-dumping investigation into. The number of Chinese commodities involved in the anti-dumping cases and the involved amount are so large that they are unprecedented. The European countries and America are one of China's most important export markets. So the influences of their anti-dumping action on China's export trade is greatest. The countermeasure, against it are: 1. to adopt the principle of equality in the international law, 2. to optimize the export product mix, 3. to formulate the rational prices of export goods, 4. to establish stable marketing channels abroad.
