| Tiivistelmä: | Foreign trade enterprises take the following concrete forms in practising the competitive tactics with differentiation: differentiation in division of work in business, products, trademarks, business and marketing, market, technology and management. To practise such tactics, they should change their concepts, raise the level of understandings, make formed a pattern of competition with the specialised division of work as the base, and the business and competition of products of unequal material quality as the leading. Besides, they have to practise strategy of brand name and accelerate the shift of competitive mode from price oriented competition to non-price-oriented competition as the main mode. |
