| Tiivistelmä: | Over the past ten years China's foreign trade enterprises have undergone drastic changes in the structure of ownership, organisation, operating mechanism and mode. Consequently, the conventional managerial theories and methods are unsuitable for management of modern foreign trade enterprises.
