| Tiivistelmä: | One of the important ways of strengthening the strength of large-sized state-owned enterprises themselves and their competitiveness is to form enterprises groups with capital as link and by practicing reorganization of assets. To this end, foreign trade enterprises should conduct scale business operation centering on market development and shift from suppliers to dealers. Besides, they should strengthen their strength by means of practicing share-holding system, and acquisition and merger, and establish their positions in market depending on trade marks of products. At the same time, the government should concentrate efforts to do a good job in maintaining commercial order in order to provide conditions for the scale business operation of foreign trade enterprises. |
