| Tiivistelmä: | To develop general trading companies will help enhance the international competitiveness of China's enterprises under the world situation of economic grouping, regionalization and internationalization. China must solve two policy problems if she wants to form general trading companies. One is the form for materializing the financial function of general trading companies. The other is the unifying of domestic and foreign trade. Their unifying is the inevitable trend of market economic development. But there are some realistic problems in doing so. For instance, the foreign trade enterprises which will turn into general trading companies should be allowed to have the right to do domestic trade, thus involving the right to be sold on home market for the import commodities. To solve them, we should arouse the general concern of the departments concerned. |
