Tiivistelmä:Specific guidelines for marketing strategy planning are provided to the Western exporters who are vying to capture bigger shares of the dynamic Saudi market. Different aspects of export marketing are focused, including market research, segmentation and targeting, and planning as well as some practical insights for strategy and tactics are offered. Saudi Arabia has strong economic, social and cultural ties with its neighbours. As trade barriers between these countries come down, exporters who make long-term investments to the Saudi market for joint ventures, physical facilities, and goodwill and who make strategic plans for market development, will have access to an additional 13 million people in these neighbouring states.
