| Tiivistelmä: | This paper provides some modelling support to the message delivered by Prof. J-P. Brans in his editorial paper of the Special issue on Management of the Future. The stress is set on the importance of co-operation to achieve the ethical management of the future using Operational Research in the modern society. The importance of co-operative behaviour of stakeholders in the management of 'Human Systems' is confirmed by examples from natural systems and by results of simulation inspired from the prisoners dilemma game. |
