| Tiivistelmä: | Based on literature analysis, this essay provides an overview of available expert systems or systems being developed for organizational tasks. The level of development, the persued goals, and the application possibilities of these expert systems as well as their organizational and theoretical basis are compared. An example for the successful application of expert systems technology is the structuralization of problems. For organizational tasks such examples cannot be found frequently. In this respect, an euphoric assessment cannot be provided at this time. |
