| Tiivistelmä: | Talkline, the German telephone ompany, started a revolution of office communication in its effort to meet the demands of its customers promptly. The new system is called work-flow-technic. In it, all kinds of documents are digitalized and processed on display - mounts of paper disappear from the offices for good. The new system was indispensable for carrying out the objective of the company, which is engaged in the mobile telephone business: the firm can guarantee that new customers are connected to the network they have chosen in a hour. The details of the new electronic office communication system are described. |
