| Tiivistelmä: | Time/system is a German enterprise, which sales not only time scheduling systems, but rather complete philosophy of personal time management, and so calls its termin calendar "Managementsystems". The otherwise successful company was hindered in its business by its old and outdated telephone system: the lines were always engaged, which caused considerable problems in managing telephone orders. The solution for the problem was the implementation of an Automatic Call Distribution /ACD/ system. The functioning, the main characteristics and the pros and cos for buying such an equipment are described in the article. |
