| Tiivistelmä: | The structural defect of stockholder's equity of listed companies violates fair principle, harm the market image and is a big obstacle of setting up an unified stock market. It also result in some non-market behavior in issuance and circulation and an easy-to-manipulate secondary market. We should take 2 to 3 years to solve the problem of standardization and circulation of state shares corporate shares and social individual shares. |
