| Tiivistelmä: | It is the basic premise of the authors of this paper that a school of business must not only have extensive knowledge about and be able to teach reengineering of the organization, but it must also apply what it teaches. The rapid change of the business organization to improve the efficiency and effectiveness with which it functions puts great pressure upon a school of business to operate in a similar fashion. The difficulty of this task is compounded by the condition that academics are prone to discuss a new concept rather than to implement it. |
