| Tiivistelmä: | Effective strategy development and planning is an organization's most powerful means of controlling its destiny. Every business has a strategy, even if by default. But even a great strategy is useless without strong implementation. The author presents a cyclical process that supports both top-down and bottom-up input into the strategy process. The four-cycle approach to strategy development and implementation develops a motivating vision, produces a strategy for achieving the vision, leads to bottom-up goals and action plans, and allows for routine fine tuning of the strategy. |
