| Tiivistelmä: | The new requirements for public education as well as the related consequences are reviewed. Inerrelationships among factors affecting quality of education and training programs are displayed. The author interprets the requirements of ISO 9001 in the practice of the educational institutions, stressing the demand for the continuous development of the training programs. Implementation of quality assurance procedures is suggested in order to run and improve training programs in a conscious and regulated way. |
