Tiivistelmä: | Incumbents in most industries are facing the problem of structuring their Internet activities. Three alternatives can be differentiated: integration, separate business unit, new venture. For choosing one of these alternatives here it is fundamentally differentiated between "structuring the creation of new Internet activities" and "structuring the performing of Internet activities". Based on this differentiation it is showed which type of organisation should be choosen depending on situational factors. |
