| Tiivistelmä: | Non-regular is a corporation which, although established and functioning, does not fulfil all the legal requirements. The problem of the non-regular corporation has been dealt with in partnership law for a long time. EEC partnership law adopted new solutions however, and the article evaluates its merits and drawbacks. |
