| Tiivistelmä: | Using the knowledge of conformity of the chronological distribution of the costs of an investment over its duration and the registration in mathematical models, there is the possibility to periodically adjust the capital provisions to the costs. The proposed solution is to align the capital allocations of the costs after periodical fixed tranches, which are paid in advance. The derivations and functions will be well-founded in business management principles, financially mathematically developed and explained with the help of everyday examples. |
