Tiivistelmä:Given the wide spread use of internet auctions directed to the consumer it is surprising that there is no study existing about the level of the final auction price and its influences in business-to-consumer auctions. In order to close this information gap a large-scale investigation of the winning bid levels of 1 534 business-to-consumer auctions offered by a German auctioneer has been conducted.
