| Tiivistelmä: | In this review essay two recent books by March and March & Olsen are examined with a view to their relevance for accounting researchers. The most interesting of these books, Rediscovering Institutions, comprises a theory which integrates almost all of the contributions made by March and colleagues through the last couple of decades. This book argues effectively against the rational model of choice. The review essay presented here acknowledges the work. |
