| Tiivistelmä: | Great potential benefits have been claimed for mission analysis in both articulating purposes and shaping corporate culture, and the technique is widely advocated to line management, and to strategic planners. While there is no substantive empirical evidence to support the widespread claims in the prescriptive literature there appears to be some evidence of management difficulties in operationalizing the mission concept effectively in an organizational context. |
