| Tiivistelmä: | The main contents and characteristics of a complete modern enterprise system can be summarized as following 8 aspects: distinct property rights, clear responsibilities and rights, explicit interest, separate governments from enterprises, fair competition, scientific management, restricting each other and law binding. Bringing forth new ideas in modern enterprise system deals with all the system contained by enterprise organizational system, leadership system and so on. Which core is the property rights system. Therefore , it can't be accomplished in one move. As China's most enterprises, transforming into modern firm system will undergo a long, complex and even painful process. |
