| Tiivistelmä: | In China, the difficulty of establishing modern enterprise system is that the property right relationship is unclear. Therefore, we should set up enterprise's corporate property right system in order to improve firms responsible for their profits and losses. For this sake, the focus is respecting stock holder's rights and interests and letting them decide the operators, and the traditional personnel system should be abolished. The core of modern enterprise system is that investors entrust their property to firms' operators so as to preserve and increase their asset's value, and the operators obtain gains by operating the firms' corporate property. We should allow enterprise to operate assets well by diversify means. |
